What Is HiTherme?

HiTherme (High Intensity Thermal Matrix Energy) is an advanced fractional skin resurfacing treatment using a micro-thermal precise contact tip heated to around 400 °C. It delivers rapid, high-intensity thermal pulses that contact the skin for just milliseconds, transferring heat instantly through direct thermal conduction. This creates tiny, controlled microthermal matrix zones while leaving surrounding skin unharmed, stimulating natural collagen and elastin for smoother, firmer and more radiant skin.

Why is HiTherme Different?​

Unlike Lasers, IPL or RF, HiTherme delivers super-heated energy directly to the skin surface and does not rely on conductive gel. Each pulse provides instant, controlled heat through direct conduction for precise resurfacing.

HiTherme also differs from HIFU, which heats deeper layers to around 65 °C for lifting and tightening. HiTherme focuses on the surface layers for texture improvement, resurfacing and rejuvenation.

For enhanced results, HiTherme can be alternated with HIFU to treat every layer of the skin — surface texture, fine lines and pigmentation with HiTherme, and deeper tissue lifting and tightening with HIFU.

HiTherme For Eye Area Rejuvenation?

Fine lines around the eyes — especially under the eyes — have always been difficult to treat. Creams, injectables and fillers typically offer limited improvement.

HiTherme provides a highly effective solution for this delicate region. Because it is not light- or radiation-based, it can safely treat the upper and lower eye area. Millisecond-level thermal contact creates precise micro-matrix points that visibly improves fine lines, crepiness and texture without damaging surrounding tissue.​

How is it different from RF and ultrasound (e.g., HIFU)?

RF heats skin using electromagnetic waves; ultrasound uses sound waves. HiTherme applies direct thermal contact for instant heat transfer to the skin surface.

HIFU heats deeper layers (~65 °C) for lifting, while HiTherme resurfaces and rejuvenates the top layers.

​Can HiTherm and HIFU be combined?

Yes. Alternating HiTherme and HIFU treats both shallow and deep layers, enhancing overall skin quality, lift and firmness.​​

​Does HiTherm help with stretch marks and acne scars?

Yes — by stimulating collagen and elastin, HiTherme can soften and reduce acne scars and stretch marks. Multiple sessions are usually recommended.

​Is the treatment uncomfortable?
